I'm adding this before the actual championships which I will add results for later, but prior to the Championships there is an award process and the winners of Awards have been announced. I'm incredibly proud that a number of people from my own dojo were nominated or won awards.

During the day on Friday, July 8th, 2006, a large number of rank reviews took place including many Canadians.

The rank reviews were challenging and stressful for all involved. The final results included success for a number of Canadians.

Once again the Toshikai Dojo of Ottawa hosted a day of breaking and eating. There was a high kick competition, breaking demonstrations as well as just lots of breaking. Looks like a good time, I think I may need to still there idea myself!
