Another year of training at the Toshikai Dojo of Ottawa was recently celebrated (July 21st) with the annual Break Yer Bones BBQ. All karateka had the opportunity to display their talents by performing a kata and doing a breaking demonstration. From a Sensei's perspective, I have to say that I am very proud of everyone in the dojo in how they stepped up and displayed some amazing talents. It is difficult to single out anyone's particular break so make sure to take a view of all the pictures at http://nerdranch.ca/~ramrod/gallery/bybbbq2007. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

The Toshikai Dojo of Ottawa, Ontario is proud to announce it's recent promotions.  Promotions were held on June 24th,2007 and everyone who successfully passed their grading did so demonstrating all the required skills for the grade in superb fashion.
